"Apple blossom, crushed pear, melon skin. Floral texture. The finest of bubbles, almost not there, and then they leave an imprint on your tongue long after. Lime sherbet and stones and yet there is softness at the core of this wine. (TC)"

"The 2018 Brut Special Club is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Salty, Scottish shortbread defines the nose of this brisk and energetic Special Club. The palate is rounded and smooth, with beautifully ripe and juicy Red Delicious apple flesh on the mid-palate. Supple, smooth foam underlines the mellowness of the year but also accentuates welcome, bright and lasting freshness. Disgorged: February, 2021. - Anne Krebiehl MW"

"A fresh, harmonious Champagne, with a lacy texture and a minerally underpinning, revealing ripe cherry and Gala apple fruit layered with candied ginger, toast point, oyster shell and blanched almond notes. This would be a fine aperitif, but there's a bit more focus and depth to it, recommending it to pairing with food or cellaring. Disgorged April 2022. Drink now through 2033. 265 cases imported."
