"The NV Brut Grand Cellier Oenothèque T14 is a late-disgorged release of the 2013 (bottled in 2014, hence the name), with a few additional years on the lees. A Champagne of dimension and class, the T14 is seriously beautiful. Its interplay of texture and ethereal aromatic presence is simply beguiling. Dosage is 7 grams per liter: Disgorged: May 2020."

"Vilmart's NV Grand Cellier Oenotheque T14, representing the 2014 tirage, was bottled in 2014 with a base vintage of 2013, supplemented by 50% reserve wines from 2012 and 2011. Disgorged in April 2021 with a dosage of seven grams per liter, this late release of Grand Cellier is a typical blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. It bursts from the glass with an enticing bouquet of candied pear, toasted nuts and spices, mingling with tangerine zest. The palate is full-bodied, ample and concentrated, with good cut and grip and a generous core of fruit. Rich and gourmand in style, it showcases the transformative impact of post-disgorgement maturation on the cuvée. With only 800 bottles produced, this is a wine ready to be enjoyed immediately."

"Made from 70% Chardonnay and the rest Pinot Noir, the NV Champagne 1er Cru Grand Cellier Brut is a bright yellow color and offers very appealing aromas of lemon curd, meringue, white peach, almond pastry, and verbena. It has good tension on the palate with a chalky texture, a luxurious feel, and a refined, pinpoint mousse. This lovely wine is only going to improve if given the chance. Drink 2026-2046. Disgorged December 2023."

"There's a vibrant buoyancy to this graceful Champagne, with the finely detailed mousse and mouthwatering acidity serving as a springboard for flavors of ripe cherry, tangerine zest and macadamia nut, plus fragrant notes of lime blossoms, ground ginger and cardamom. Long and minerally on the plush finish. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Disgorged July 2023. Drink now through 2034. 1,000 cases imported."

"For a reliable non-vintage Champagne that offers the versatility of being enjoyed now or cellared for later, Vilmart & Cie's NV Grand Cellier cuvée is a standout choice. Based on the 2021 vintage and enriched with 50% reserve wines from 2020 and 2019, it was matured in large casks, predominantly from Tonnellerie Rousseau. Stylistically distinct from the Grande Réserve, this cuvée reverses the blend, featuring 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The latest release combines the bright, focused character of the cool, late-ripening 2021 vintage with the concentration of the two preceding years. Bursting with aromas of lemon zest, white flowers and crisp pear, it leads into a medium to full-bodied, taut palate with excellent tension and lively acidity, complemented by a fine, pinpoint mousse and concluding with a long and mineral finish. Disgorged in November 2023 with a dosage of seven grams per liter, it is a balanced and vibrant Champagne."

"The NV Brut Grand Cellier (base 2021) is airy and nicely lifted right out of the glass. Hints of lemon peel, tangerine oil, mint, spice and dried flowers give this edition a decidedly understated feel. I like the floral quality, but I find the mid-palate on the lighter side relative to the norm here. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2023."

"Disgorged in March 2020, the NV Grand Cellier Oenothèque T13 is a superb Champagne in the making, revealing a complex, racy bouquet of white fruits, pear, vanilla pod, praline, pastry and brioche. Full-bodied, elegant and dense, it's perfectly balanced and has a fleshy, vinous core of fruit and a long, delicately smoky finish. It can be drunk any time over the coming 10-20 years."

"The NV Brut Grand Cellier OenothŠque T13 is based on 2012, with reserve wines from 2011 and 2010. It's a fine choice for drinking now and over the next decade or so. Airy and gracious, the T13 is quite fresh, especially for a wine of its age. Strong floral and citrus notes give this tons of charm. Hints of baked apple tart and pastry add character. This is impeccably done. Readers should note that the 'T' in the wine's name refers to the calendar year of bottling (tirage), so the base vintage is one year prior. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 2, 2020."
