"The NV Brut Grand Cellier OenothŠque T13 is based on 2012, with reserve wines from 2011 and 2010. It's a fine choice for drinking now and over the next decade or so. Airy and gracious, the T13 is quite fresh, especially for a wine of its age. Strong floral and citrus notes give this tons of charm. Hints of baked apple tart and pastry add character. This is impeccably done. Readers should note that the 'T' in the wine's name refers to the calendar year of bottling (tirage), so the base vintage is one year prior. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. "The NV Brut Grand Cellier (base 2021) is airy and nicely lifted right out of the glass. Hints of lemon peel, tangerine oil, mint, spice and dried flowers give this edition a decidedly understated feel. I like the floral quality, but I find the mid-palate on the lighter side relative to the norm here. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 2023."
