Tasting Notes
A rosé blend of black grapes only, blended with red Meunier Coteaux-Champenois, homemade! A fruity and full-bodied wine, orchestrated by a clay minerality that gives volume on the palate. The whole is fresh and delicious! A festive rosé, for all the good times.

"Based on 2021, the NV Champagne Rose Extra Brut is 85%f Meunier and the rest Pinot Noir. A pretty medium pink hue, it reveals just a hint of a wild edge in its notes of sour cherries, tangerine, spice, and wet stone. Medium-bodied, it™s lively and zesty, with a salty finish and a snappy feel. It™s going to do well at the table, but it can also stand on its own."

"The NV Brut Rosé is a powerful, vinous Champagne. There's certainly a ton to like. Bright red cherry fruit, chalk, mint, white pepper and orange peel fill out its layers, lifted by bright acids that wrap it all together. This Meunier-driven Rosé is particularly impressive in the 2020 base edition. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January, 2023."

"A tightly meshed rose Champagne set on a thick, creamy mousse, with firm acidity defining flavors of raspberry puree, juicy apricot, tea rose and slivered almond. Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Disgorged January 2025. 200 cases imported. - AN"
