"The excellent 2019 Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Fleuron, sourced from eight lieux-dits in Cramant, Chouilly and Cuis, was disgorged in October 2023 with five grams per liter dosage. Soaring from the glass with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, elderflower and toasted bread, it is full-bodied, textural and intense, supported by bright acids and chalky extract that provide a sensation of freshness. In short, it reflects identity of the northern Côte des Blancs with a signature touch of Gimonnet, of course."

"Entirely from Premier and Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, the 2017 Champagne Blanc De Blancs Cuvée Fleuron Brut is a bright yellow hue and is compact and powerful, yet crystalline, with notes of crystalized ginger, fresh pear, honey, and lemon candies. Long on the palate, it's elegant with ripe concentration, a core of fresh acidity, and a pristine finish. A superb wine from this vintage, it's great now and will drink well over the next 6-8 years."

"The 2017 Brut Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Fleuron (100% Chardonnay) is soft, open-knit and ready to go. Sourced from 73% Grand Cru sites and 27% 1er Cru sites, there's a good bit of flavor complexity such that the 2017 is already approaching maturity. I would not wait too long on this. Brioche, dried flowers, mint, spice and nut hints linger on the subtle, nicely nuanced finish. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 23, 2022."
