• A blend of hand-selected Caribbean rums from the Dominican Republic and Barbados
• The Dominican Republic rum is distilled on a pot still from sugarcane juice; the Barbados rum is distilled from molasses on a column still
• Both rums are tropically aged in their respective countries of origin for 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels then blended and bottled by St. Benevolence
• An enticing nose of shortbread, orange blossom, candy corn, and ripe peach precedes a palate of ripe plantains, vanilla wafers, dried pineapple, and wood spice
• 42% ABV

This lush and approachable rum was the first to be released by St. Benevolence and represents geographically neighboring rum styles; a great entry point for lovers of whiskey or anyone beginning a deep dive into the rums of the Caribbean.
