• Cannonau 90% or more with other local red grapes (Bovale, Nieddera)
• From the area of Oristano, mid-western coast of Sardegna
• Up to 200 mt above the sea level
• Volcanic, sandy, and slightly clayey soils
• 10 days of maceration on the skins
• Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature
• Aged six months in second passage barriques
• 3000 cases produced annually on average
