• Cachaça distilled at the Rech Distillery in Santa Catarina, Brazil
• Produced using Hawaiian and RB12 sugarcane varieties grown on the island of Florianopolis
• Open top fermented up to seven days
• Proofed using water sourced from an onsite waterfall-fed well
• Fruity and umami-laden pineapple fiber, ripe pear, dried papaya, green olive; candied tropical fruit highlighting pineapple, banana chips, and guava with saltwater taffy; pink peppercorn, caramelized pineapple, and a touch of jasmine on a moreish finish
• 40% ABV

CANAVIAIS, meaning “sugarcane fields” in Portuguese, is a verdant, cocktail-friendly cachaça produced from some of the most coveted sugarcane varieties in South America. Perfect for a classic Caipirinha or in any cocktail that calls for rum distilled from sugarcane juice.
