"An aromatic, layered and finely structured wine that's so tempting now but will only get better with time. Has the super-fine-grained, firm tannins of mountain-grown grapes with intense, focused blueberry, blackcurrant, clove and cigar box flavors that expand on the palate. "O'Shaughnessy's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Mount Veeder features classic notes of bay leaf, sage, black cherries and cedar on the nose. In the mouth, it's medium to full-bodied and firmly structured, with fine-grained, dusty tannins lining the palate and extending through the mouthwatering finish. Yet despite that, it doesn't come across as hard, austere or forbidding; instead, it's merely suggesting good things to come."
