• Unaged Coffey column still rum and aged pot still rum distilled by Foursquare in Saint Philip, Barbados⁠
• Unaged pot still rum distilled by Hampden Estate in Trelawny, Jamaica⁠ (marque LROK; higher ester marque than used in Probitas White)
• Notes of rich fig, fresh caramel, brown butter, and vanilla with pineapple, orange peel, coconut, overripe banana, and subtle grass clippings
• Colored with caramelized sugar produced by Foursquare
• Non-chill filtered; 57% ABV

Probitas was the first collaboration between Caribbean rum distilleries and has since become a benchmark for blended white rum, begging the question, “What is the ‘Probitas’ of dark rums?” The answer: More Probitas! The latest evolution of Probitas, referenced by its green label, is a blended dark rum with a higher proof, a greater stock of aged rum in the blend, and a higher-ester marque from Hampden Estate. In keeping with a centuries-old practice, caramel coloring produced by heating sugar in-house at the Foursquare distillery is used to color the rum without adding any sweetness.
