"The 2021 Blanc de Noirs Heintz Vineyard is composed entirely of Pinot Noir and was aged under flor for one year before bottling. It has rich aromas of brioche and saline, golden apple, almond and flint. The palate is luxuriously creamy with savory, pastry-laced flavors. It's balanced by refreshing acidity and has a long finish."
