"The 2021 Blanc de Blancs Heintz Vineyard comes from vines planted in 1982. Disgorged in November of 2025, it takes some time to unfurl scents of red apple, roasted almonds, beeswax, brioche and saline. The palate offers creamy mousse and complex, concentrated, savory flavors that continually lure you back to the glass. Its depth is foiled by bright, focused acidity, and it has a very long finish."
