"The 2022 Grauburgunder Amphore Amore Anders als alle Anderen spent three weeks fermenting on skins before being pressed and maturing in amphorae for a year. It is a beautiful, coppery, deep pink in hue. The nose is smoky with reduction and a slight waxiness reminiscent of an orange pith. Smoothness and gentle creaminess, also from oak, define the palate that has already smoothed and united its tannins. Bright acidity outlines the purity of the apple and orange notes on this wine that strikes a most elegant balance. Tender fruit rings long, almost with a floral touch."
