• Café du Honduras: Fair trade, single-origin arabica coffee is harvested in Honduras, roasted in Auvergne, France, and cold macerated in sugar beet distillate; 25% ABV
• Piment d’Espelette: Red chile peppers grown only in the Basque region of France are macerated for four weeks in sugar beet distillate and additionally fortified with aged rhum agricole from Martinique; 40% ABV
