"I have for years been a fan of this Lustau bottling, which revives a historical substack ofOloroso, softer, smoother, more glyceric and so nicknamed 'hen foot." It does exactly that,with notes of quality butterscotch and bright stone fruits, as well as really good wood, animpression I often have with Lustau. The finesse is something to behold. Fantastic value."
