"A straight, linear, focused Albariño with searingly good acidity, texture, and modest weight, the 2024 Albariño Lagar De Cervera also offers a generous mouthfeel. Coming from the warmer climate of O Rosal, with the tension and verticality of the Salnes Valley, the fruit is blended together and aged on the lees five months in stainless steel. A voluminous, mineral-driven white grown in granitic soils, it lingers in complex layers of apple, melon, and almond. Drink now through 2032."

"The 2024 Albariño Lagar de Cervera is from Rosal and Salnés, Rías Baixas. It combines rose, peach, lime and apple aromas on the nose. This is medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and smooth texture. Its pronounced malic freshness enlivens the palate. The 2024 is a fine regional blend that captures the strengths of north and south."
