Verdicchio di Matelica benefits from high altitude in the Apennine mountains of the Marche. Sunny days and cool nights lend character, freshness and complexity. Certified organic since 2019 the vintage, Bisci’s vineyards include the exquisite Fogliano vineyard, planted in 1974.

On the rocky slopes of Monte Conero facing the Adriatic sea, this estate has been run by the Terni family since 1882. The vineyards, planted mostly to Montepulciano, are known for producing both brisk and decadent versions of the grape, including a basic Rosso Connero and the Riserva Sassi Neri.
