In 2005, 21st-generation proprietor Pepe Raventós realized that a small portion of the family vineyard, Clos del Serral, was ideally suited to create one of the world's greatest sparkling wines. The result of this vision that synthesizes tradition and modernity, man and animal? Mas del Serral.
Raventós i Blanc is the story of a family inextricably linked to their land, a winemaking tradition going back over 500 years. In November 2012, the family decided to leave the DO Cava and create their own more strictly defined and geographically specific appellation: Conca del Riu Anoia.
