Isaac Fernández Selección is a unique collaboration between Isaac Fernández Montaña, one of Spain’s most acclaimed winemakers, and Aurelio Cabestrero, whose vision helped bring Spanish wines to the forefront here in the United States.

Conquilla, Catalan for “shell”, is an estate-grown Cava produced in both white and rosé which delivers impeccable, family-farmed quality; an attractive price; and an eye-catching package alluding to its genesis in the sedimentary limestone soils of the Penedès valley west of Barcelona.
