Founded by Aaron Thorp, Zach Thorp, and Austin Durling, Canary Natural Spirits is a California-based, family-owned producer dedicated to showcasing the best of California agriculture.

Cannonball began with founder Yoav Gilat's vision of a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon under $20.  He succeeded remarkably, and following the success of the Cabernet, the line was expanded with Chardonnay, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc, all of which deliver on the same high-quality expectations. 

Sean Capiaux founded Capiaux Cellars in 1994 with the intention of producing small lot, single vineyard bottlings of Pinot Noir. His winemaking style is a blend of classic and contemporary, and has had a notable career as winemaker at prominent wineries including Peter Michael and O’Shaughnessy.

In place of an homage to Champagne, CARBONISTE is a proud statement about the beauty of California’s fruit. They tried to think about the best way to express the fresh, fruity flavors of, for example, Sacramento Delta Albariño, in sparkling form.
