Sandia Solitaria (The Lonely Watermelon)

• 1 oz Verino Mastiha Antica
• ¼ oz Giffard Menthe Pastille
• 4 oz fresh watermelon juice

Build in tin, whip shake with a few pellets of ice, (this froths the watermelon juice perfectly) strain over ice with a mint flourish garnish.
