- 1.5 oz Square One Organic Rye Vodka
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz Ancho Chilli Reyes
- .25 oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rosé
- club soda
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain in a highball or large rocks glass; top with club soda; garnish with mint and thyme.
