- 1.5 oz Neversink Gin
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
- .5 oz ginger syrup
- club soda or ginger beer
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain over fresh ice into collins glass and top with club soda or ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel, candied ginger & / or raspberry.
