Dirty Greenhook Martini

• 2 oz Emilio Lustau Light Fino Sherry, 'Jarana'
• .25 oz Vermouth Routin Dry
• .75 oz olive juice

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until well incorporated and ice cold. Strain into a coupe and garnish with 3 olives.
