- 1.5 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 3yr White Rum
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
- .25 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz demerara syrup
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin; add ice and shake; strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
