La Forestina is crafted in the hills between Verona and Vicenza, an area shaped by ancient marine sedimentation, glacial movement, and millennia of viticulture. Limestone-rich soils, steady sunlight, and Lake Garda’s moderating influence create ideal conditions for sparkling wine production.

More than half of La Forestina’s vineyard area has been certified under Italy’s SQNPI program, which recognizes environmentally mindful farming and the importance of protecting biodiversity. This holistic commitment to environmental responsibility, safety, and transparent production also includes renewable energy use, vineyard-generated CO₂ offsets, and precision agriculture to meet their sustainability goals.

The project is rooted in collaboration, shared best practices, and a forward-looking approach to sustainability. Every bottle reflects not only the beauty of Venetian terroir but also the dedication of the people who have shaped this landscape for generations.
