ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall sales performance and growth in Southern California
- Direct supervision of growing Southern California sales rep team
- Work with the Director of Sales and GM to evaluate performance of team and implement strategies to ensure continued growth and success
- Identify and develop new territories as needed
- Consistent travel throughout Southern California to work with the sales reps for key presentations, events, and customer support
- Work closely with portfolio management to channel focus of sales team to core priorities

- Help to plan, execute, and participate in market work, tastings, events, and dinners for visiting suppliers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expand footprint of Skurnik spirits in Indiana through:
- New account openings in these primary territories
- Indianapolis

- Develop existing accounts with the sales team by expanding Skurnik representation through new placements, staff education and events.

NY – COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with preparing and submitting brand registrations, renewals, and franchise filings for various states/markets.
- Help review new product entries in Navision (in-house software) to ensure the required compliance information is complete.
- Support the preparation of monthly state reports (such as gallonage reports) for timely submission.
- Update and maintain compliance records in Navision, including registration details, expiration dates, and deletions.
- Assist with maintaining accurate import data for the TTB’s Craft Beverage Modernization Act (CBMA) program.
- Work with the team to organize supporting documentation for CBMA claims.
- Help monitor the compliance department email inbox and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Provide general administrative and research support for compliance projects and regulatory filings.

Skurnik Wines & Spirits offers a competitive compensation package with expected first-year salary between $60,000 – $65,000 not including a discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package . This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate’s education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
