• Annually released limited edition blend of straight whiskeys produced by Chattanooga Whiskey in Chattanooga, Tennessee
• The fourteenth release in the Chattanooga Founder’s Blend series
• Distilled by Master Distiller Tiana Saul; blended by founder Tim Piersant
• A blend of 3 straight whiskeys (marques 1816RES, SB091, and INFINITY)
• 1816RES (31% of the blend): distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley
• SB091 (45% of the blend): distilled by Chattanooga Whiskey from a mash bill of 75% non-GMO yellow dent corn from Catesa Farms in Riddleton, Tennessee, 12% pale malted rye from Canada, 7% US-grown caramel malted barley, and 6% US-grown honey malted barley
• INFINITY (26% of the blend): vatted from over 27 whiskeys distilled by Chattanooga Whiskey with varying mash bills
• SB091 is distilled in a 30-foot high, 18-plate Vendome column still and custom Vendome copper doubler; INFINITY whiskeys are distilled in both the 30-foot high, 18-plate Vendome column still and custom Vendome copper doubler and a 100-gallon, 4-plate Vendome copper hybrid pot still (known affectionately as “Doc”)
• Non-age statement; aged for more than 2 years in a combination of charred 53-gallon oak barrels and charred 53-gallon oak barrels with a custom toast from Independent Stave Company
• 1816RES is finished in a 625-gallon charred oak solera barrel; SB091 is finished in a 4000-gallon charred oak solera barrel; FUTURE is finished in a 1645-gallon charred oak solera barrel; solera barrels sourced from Foeder Crafters of America
• Small batch of 9–11 barrels
• This charmingly extroverted rosy-gold whiskey leaps from the glass with notes of orchard fruits and blossoms, marshmallow, cream cheese frosting, candy corn, and fresh corn. Medium-bodied on the palate, it offers a finish that folds proof into a satisfying impression of barrel and cereal grain.

The past, present, and future of Chattanooga Whiskey Company’s production are celebrated in this vatting of traditional and innovative whiskey styles, each of which is finished in its own solera. To commemorate the company’s anniversary, founder Tim Piersant samples each solera and, through extensive blending trials, creates an expression that both highlights the components of the blend and synthesizes a final combination that, in addition to being greater than the sum of its parts, offers a survey of the company’s historical production. Dynamic by nature, this toast-worthy whiskey is priced so that everyone can join in the celebration.
