Leopold's Summer Gin

• Seasonal contemporary American gin produced by Leopold Bros in Denver, Colorado
• 4 botanicals include juniper, Spanish blood orange, Australian lemon myrtle, and French immortelle flower
• Base spirit column distilled from potatoes, wheat, and floor-malted barley
• Botanicals are distilled separately in hybrid copper pot stills before blending
• Lemon, blueberry, white tea, orange peel, and juniper on the nose precede an incredibly citrusy, floral palate of lemongrass, candied orange peel, white peach, and lemon balm with ripe apricot and candied papaya
• Non-chill filtered; 47% ABV

Blended in small batches and released every summer, Leopold Bros’ Summer Gin smells and tastes like a walk through a blossoming citrus orchard on a warm afternoon. Each botanical is individually distilled and blended around an aromatic base of French immortelle flower, a common wildflower found throughout the Mediterranean that imparts flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and dried tobacco.
