Each expression in Milk & Honey’s Elements series sees the distillery’s flagship Classic Single Malt Whisky complemented with malt matured in specialty casks. This limited release incorporates pomegranate wine casks and was blended and bottled for Rosh Hashana and the High Holidays in which pomegranate is a staple of the ceremonies.

"The nose on this kosher single malt has soft layered fruits of orange, apricot, kumquat, and pomegranate, melded with some honey sweetness and fine gentle spices. It's warm and fruity to sip, with tangy citrus peels, pepper, and well-developed apricot flavors then once the spices are quelled, a more pronounced pomegranate note emerges, with dried apple, malt, and a vanilla toffee sweetness leading the finish.
