The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean in this expression. Single malt whisky is aged in Islay casks and blended with single malt aged in ex-bourbon. The result is a delicate and lightly peated whisky. A nose of puffed oats and sea salt gently transitions to a palate of hay, clover honey, ginger, and pear skin with a lingering minerality. 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and Star-K Certified Kosher.
