• Limited edition single malt Japanese whisky produced by Kuju Distillery in Oita, Japan
• Distilled from 100% unpeated malted barley
• Produced using spring water from local underground springs
• Fermented for 4 days in Douglas fir washbacks
• Double distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills
• Aged for a minimum of 3 years in a combination of ex–bourbon and sherry casks; non-age statement
• Peach, honey, toasted grain, sea salt, and orange peel on the nose prime the palate for a remarkable medley of rich malt, pear, jasmine, lemon, vanilla cream, freshly cut oak, and golden delicious apple
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58% ABV
