• 85% Pinot Noir, 9% Cinsault, 6% Grenache
• 18-year-old vineyards located in Casablanca, Itata, and Maule at 600 feet elevation
• 2 hour maceration, followed by a 20 day fermentation
• Aged for 3 months in stainless steel tank, including 2 months on the lees
