• Peach-flavored whiskey produced by Leopold Bros in Denver, Colorado
• Made using locally sourced Palisade peaches from Talbott Farms in Palisade, Colorado
• Peaches are milled and juiced, and the juice is blended with 4-year-old Leopold Bros whiskey
• Whiskey distilled from a mash bill of 65% corn, 20% floor-malted barley, and 15% rye
• The whiskey and peach juice are blended and matured in ex–Leopold Bros bourbon barrels for 2 months
• Non-chill filtered; 30% ABV

This decadent peach-flavored whiskey is produced by blending Leopold Bros copper pot-distilled whiskey with fresh Palisade peach juice from peaches grown on the Western Slopes of the Rocky Mountains. After blending, it is matured for two months in Leopold Bros’ bourbon casks where the flavors mingle and the peach juice oxidizes, providing notes of raisin and vanilla.
