90% Albillo Mayor sourced from 80-year-old vineyards with 10% Viura from a single, tiny 180-year-old parcel • Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, typically during the third pass of harvest • Grapes are pressed directly, followed by static decanting before fermentation occurs via ambient yeast in French oak • Aged in both barrel and bottle for a minimum of 4 years • Bottled without fining or filtration and just 20mg/L of sulfur • This remarkable Gran Reserva Blanco is only made in exceptional vintages and as of 2026, has only been produced in 2015, 2019 and 2021 • Certified Biodynamic (Demeter)

"Their grand vin white is the 2019 Torremilanos Vino Blanco, presented with a very classical label and sealed with green wax. It was produced with a majority of Albillo Real and some 10% other grapes. It fermented and matured in 225-liter barrels, with an elevage of 22 months. It has a bright golden color and a nuanced, complex and spicy nose, with notes of cloves and yeasts. It has a pungent palate, with focused and clean flavors and a chalky mouthfeel, finishing tasty, long and almost salty. The label reads 13.5% alcohol, it has a pH of 3.15 and six grams of acidity. 1,257 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2022."
