• Aged rhum agricole produced by Rhum Clément in Le François, Martinique
• AOC Martinique Rhum
• Distilled from sugarcane juice at Fonds-Préville Distillery in Macouba, Martinique
• Open-tank fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours
• Distilled in a Creole copper column still
• Aged, blended, and bottled at Habitation Clément
• Aged 18–24 months in a combination of new and ex–bourbon barrels that have undergone a heavy alligator char (char #4); barrels are hand selected by Rhum Clément’s cellar master
• No added sugar
• 40% ABV
