• Unaged single-varietal rhum agricole produced by Rhum Clément in Le François, Martinique
• AOC Martinique Rhum
• Distilled at Fonds-Préville Distillery in Macouba, Martinique, from the juice of 100% estate-grown Blue sugarcane
• Open-tank fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours
• Distilled in a Creole copper column still
• Rested in stainless steel and gradually proofed for 6 months before bottling at Habitation Clément
• No added sugar
• 50% ABV

This single-varietal rhum agricole—bottled at 100 proof as is traditional for unaged rhum Agricole in Martinique—is produced entirely from Blue Cane, a variety of sugarcane known for its blue-hued stalk, fragrant floral aromatics, and exceptionally high sugar content.
