• Distilled from sugarcane juice at Fonds-Préville Distillery in Macouba, Martinique
• Open-tank fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours
• Distilled in a Creole copper column still
• Rested in stainless steel at Habitation Clément and gradually proofed for 6 months before bottling
• Fresh sugarcane juice, green vegetation, white flowers, and sea salt on the nose precede a sweet and slightly savory palate of cut grass, lime peel, black pepper, and green bean
• No added sugar or coloring
• 40% ABV
