Fino del Puerto [Solera Familiar]

100 Palomino aged under flor for a minimum of 5 years • Aged in soleras in the port town of Puerto de Santa Maria which is known for it’s ideal, cool and humid conditions. 

Tasting Notes

With a pale straw color, this very dry, light and smooth Fino is laced with hints of the sea and profound “flor” aromas on the nose. Very fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.
