 - Sourced from the Napoleone Vineyard, Block 3 (20%) Block 10 (80%), planted on sandy loam on a clay base
 - Hand-picked followed by a five-day cold soak in stainless steel open-top tanks
 - 20% whole-bunch crushed, indigenous primary and malolactic fermentation
 - Four-day maceration before being lightly pressed and racked to a variety of French oak barrels (20% new) where the wine was matured for 10 months
