• Non-alcoholic pineapple liqueur produced by Giffard in Angers, France
• Pineapples are macerated in French white wine vinegar and combined with lemon juice
• Apple extract added for color
• Sweetened with sugar beet sugar
• Grilled and candied pineapple on the nose lead to pleasant acidity on the palate with a tart finish reminiscent of Korean jumbo pear
• Unopened bottles are shelf stable for 18 months
• After opening, refrigeration is suggested for maximum shelf-life; use within 5 months
