This experimental, seasonal offering is produced similarly to Scarlet’s Orange amaro, with founder Tatsuya Motonaga and a team of one hundred volunteers handpicking three varieties of peaches grown on YJ Peach Farm just 100 kilometers west of Tokyo. The peaches are pressed and the juice is used to proof down the aromatized spirit, resulting in a vibrant and juicy expression of fresh peaches with a unique herbal complexity.
