"The 1/25 bottling of the NV Oloroso VORS from Tradición is nothing short of spectacular. It has a paler and brighter color than the other VORS siblings, with an explosive nose of peach in liqueur, nuts, noble woods and tobacco leaves. It's full-bodied, rich and intense with salted caramel notes, pungent flavors, a touch of volatility and a long, salty and marine finish, almost with the elegance of a Palo Cortado. They filled 1,200 bottles in this first lot from 2025."

"Tradici¢n would not be Tradici¢n if this were not one of the most pungent, oxidative, wooddrivenOlorosos I,ve tasted. Panoramically aromatic, it throws in some more controversialorganic, expired, vegetal notes of very old sherry, and is also fairly bitter, but retains ajuiciness and drinkability that are admirable. A great achievement of the sherry civilisation."
