Olive leaf liqueur has an ancient history—it was given as a tonic to the visitors of a famous Umbrian temple and was even referenced in Dante’s Divine Comedy. This fresh and delicate amaro may be utilized in cocktails or served at room-temperature, chilled in the summer, or even heated with a slice of lemon in winter.
