100% Nebbiolo – sourced from the Malakoff Vineyard in the Pyrenees region in Central Victoria. This new addition to the Little Peacock portfolio spends 12 months on its skins followed by 2 years in barrel on gross lees (all barrique but no new oak, only old). It’s then bottled without fining or filtration. Minimal sulfites added at bottling. Light to medium bodied with tannins gently framing crunchy, cherry fruit.
