"Disgorged in June 2015 with 0.8 grams per liter dosage, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs Vertus Monts Ferrés soars from the glass with aromas of nashi pear, cherry plum and orange oil mingled with almond paste. Full-bodied, ample and enveloping, simultaneously grandiose and lively, it is laden with ripe yet racy acidity and concludes with a long, saline finish. It has turned out particularly well within the context of the extreme vintage. As ever, it is sourced from a lieu-dit in Vertus where the vines are affected by the court-noué virus, yielding fruit of greater maturity and concentration, and it is vinified entirely in oak."

"The 2017 Extra Brut Monts Ferrés, 100% Chardonnay, is a very pretty, open-knit wine. Apricot, orchard fruit, chamomile and crushed flowers build effortlessly through the mid-palate and finish. Silky contours wrap it all together in style. The 2017 gains textual resonance and breadth with a few hours of aeration. It's a gorgeous wine in every way. This bottling emerges from four parcels in the Monts Ferrés lieu-dit in Vertus. Dosage is 0.8 grams per liter. Disgorged: May 28, 2024."

"A bright golden color, the 2016 Champagne 1er Cru Vertus Blanc De Blancs Mont Ferres Extra Brut is ripe on the nose, with a sunny feel, offering notes of lemon curd, spice, chamomile, and a savory seaweed element. Medium-bodied, it has broader shoulders on the palate, with a chalky, pithy texture, an angular, fully dry feel, and a persistent, savory finish. It™s going to show its best over the coming 8-10 years. Disgorged July 2023."
