"Nice walnut, sunflower roasted seeds, hazelnuts and cashew with salted caramel aromas and hints of aged flor. Lovely freshness, with a textured mouthfeel and lengthy finish."

"The June 2025 bottling of the NV Manzanilla Pasada en Rama Pastora has an average age of some nine years, from an old solera, almost 200 years old. It has complexity, depth and age. It has notes of iodine, low tide and some nuts and a sleek palate, seamless and long. There are some varnish and nutty aromas, taking it toward a Manzanilla Pasada in terms of complexity and depth. This is a great wine. There are 10,000 bottles released per year, and the bottling date is now clearly printed in larger letters on the back label."
