Selected from the oldest butts in our soleras, this manzanilla is bottled directly from the barrels. It’s also our only manzanilla to be extracted from the barrels four times a year; spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each “saca” has delicate individuality and distinct organoleptic characteristics but overall they present the perfect combination of rotundity and subtlety.
