"The 2024 Malvasía de Sitges is produced with grapes from a vineyard Pepe Raventos planted in 2018 on sandy limestone soils. The wine has the characterful personality of the variety in this region. Rather than being terpenic and too much, it comes through as salty, umami and tasty, with notes reminiscent of chicken broth, evoking food. It has a balanced and vibrant palate, was completely unoaked, vinified and aged in concrete. It has a complexity and depth that is quite amazing for such a young vineyard."

"The dry white 2022 Malvasía de Sitges was produced with the grapes from a vineyard Raventós planted in 2018 on sandy limestone soils. 2022 was super dry, and the grapes were very healthy; the bunches were pressed to avoid oxidation, and the juice fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, where the wine matured with lees for nine months. It has a golden color and an expressive and different nose, with notes of white and yellow fruit and a touch of hydrogen peroxide and fennel. It's ripe and round, spherical, with 13.54% alcohol while keeping very good freshness and acidity with a pH of 3.13 and 6.3 grams of acidity. 3,333 bottles were filled in May 2023."
