"I love the nuanced and complex nose of the white 2024 Microcósmico Macabeo. It has some notes of dry flowers and is more textured, with a fine thread, seriousness, good freshness and balance and a long, dry finish. This comes from soils with more limestone, which is noticeable in the texture. It has contained ripeness and alcohol (12.5%) and very nice balance with citrus freshness. This is a step up from previous years. Some 22,000 bottles were produced. It was bottled in June 2025."

"The 2023 Microcósmico Macabeo comes from old vines on limestone soils, showing the character of the grape, with austerity, clout and power. It has more structure, not necessarily weight, and a very tasty finish with a bitter twist. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.21 and 5.89 grams of acidity. 20,199 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024 after seven months in concrete."
